People always are learning and practicing through their whole lives. There are two main things where people are getting knowledge.
- Books
- Experience/Practical
People have different opinions but i think knowledge from experience is more important than books. We believe that most of people are very good in schools colleges and universities but when practical approach came they fail to address him/herself.
The knowledge from experience can improve and advance the world and our society. As books have limitation, they only teach us the what people found in the past. Although books enhance our knowledge king but it will works only on sharing old stories we need to understand that practical approach will help us for taking new initiatives. Our society needs to understand that we should appreciate those people who loves to take initiative, and except the changes in society/organization.

If we want to grow up we have to make sure the practical experiences in schools and colledges our kids will grow up with all thease real experience rather to memorizations.
