In Pakistan many Children are living like Orphan but unfortunately their parents are alive, but both are busy in their lives and children looking just like a weapon or like a property which is use parents against each other especially when Separation happened in between parents and start battle. Now Separation Rates and Dissolution of Marriage by Khulla are too much high in our courts this is alarming for our joint family system but our Family Laws are still old and not fulfill todays needs and there is a urgent need to positive change in Family Laws in Pakistan as per todays need specially Welfare of the Child Concern matters.
Both Parents are duty bound Legitimately and Religiously provide better care as much as they can do and give maximum time to Meet With their Child Regularly and Child Support is not a Hurdle in Child & Father Meeting if Father avoiding Child Support there are lot of way to tackle this matter Legitimately. For children Mother & Father both are important and this is child basic rights if their parents alive then both must be bound to give maximum time to their children whether separation happened or not.
And proper Vaccination is also a Child’s Basic Right if Separation happened in Parents then Custodial parent Bound for Child Complete Vaccination, Basic Education & his real identity and Father is responsible for Child Support as much as he can do. Nowadays anyone can see easily in our courts there is no law regarding vaccination of new born child and if any law exist then nobody care regarding that this is our tragedy in many cases lot of children suffered in polio due to not giving vaccination and also in many cases custodial mother easily changed child’s real identity imagine these all are happening in our country. Mother & Father both involved in non stop battle after separation or involve in their matrimonial lives but nobody think regarding their own children or can be say orphan children with alive real parents.
There is urgent need to change in Family Laws in Pakistan and Protect Child’s Basic Rights and Bound Both Parents for regular meeting with child and Submit Vaccination & Basic Education Record in court on regular basis and protect child’s real identity.
Give our Child better health and proper basic education and maximum time because today’s child is our present and also our future then emphasize the present and visualize the bright future.
Protect Children of Pakistan Specially New Born Pakistani.
