What is life for you? How would you define a healthy and perfect life? Meaning of life changes from person to person according to the age and environment.. For a young person, life is all about passion, hardwork and achieving something. For a middle aged person, it would be about being close to the goals of life, having a perfect family and feeding them properly. For a person of old age, its the little things that matter i.e. kids, family, attention, love etc etc..

Its not wrong to set your own standards for a healthy and perfect life, but to me the basic element of anyone's perfect life is a proper healthy mind. What comes to your mind when you wake up in the morning? Suddenly at 2 pm in your office, you start staring at your computer screen or the wall and find yourself lost, how does that happen? With what thoughts do you end your day? Have you ever considered them? Have you ever thought of exploring those thoughts and concluding what exactly is going on with you? No.. Most of us usually ignore those thoughts and proceed to an apparent perfect life where we think we are fullfillng our responsibilites and living prosperously.

Mental health is our psychological and emotional well being which matters from childhood till the day you die. If you are silently suffering from depression, anxiety, stress or any other psychological illness, you must find a way out of it or it will affect you. Keeping up a happy appearance is an art which saves you from lots of questions. But thats a way of dealing with annoying people around you, what about you responsibility towards your own self? You think by keeping it secretive, it will pass? or it wont affect you? your carreer? your family? Just like you keep ignoring it, in the same way it works silently and pose a strong influence on your activities. A mentally disturbed mother can never nurture a healthy child, a person with depression can not do up to his best at his job, same way a frustrated father can not behave well with his children as well as with his wife.

We need to ponder on these things to realize that these little ignorances are somehow having a great impact on society (and our generations). We being adults need to take a step ahead and resolve these issues at indiviual level. There is no shame in asking for help, or seeking guidance. Instead we need to make people aware of the fact that mental health comes first in any case.

Start rejuvenating your self by sharing your thoughts and making them better day by day..
