Explore Diversity
Literally speaking, explore means to analyze critically or to prob closely, while in general, it means to travel. Diversity, on the other hand, is having diverse multidisciplinary and sociocultural approach. As for my perceptions are concerned, through exploration of diversity we learn different norms, values, concepts, and principles. More preferably, It enables us to have contemplation and critical observation. Besides, diverse meeting or gathering brings different mentalities and unique ideas to the discussion. Moreover, it opens eyes as well as brings insight and criticality to a person. Similarly, it shapes one's career in the best possible way. Diversity in short, from my perspective, is considered as a milestone in one's career.
