Human resource is an important part of today market related to management of whether finance or software related projects. In any project management we need to manage cost, time, scope, human resources and all other aspects of a project need. In this article I elaborate how we can manage human resources in our projects to have much beneficial results.
Human resource management requires all processes involves to utilize the resources throughout the project completion.
The main focus of human resource management process is to first schedule the activity plan of work and then allocate resources to corresponding activities. Hughes & Cotterell (2006) identifies seven catagories of resources to be managed for a project, namely: labour, equipment, materials, space, services, time and money. First, we need to identify these resources in our project and then we need to utilize them accordingly to make organizational planning thay ensure the completion of project in timely manner, staff acquisition according to their qualification and skills, and lastly the main important thing ia a project management the team development which fulfil the overall work project successfully.
