Water is one of the important resources in the world that makes humans to play a vital role to store it and consume it in a proper way. The reason behind this approach is that human beings acquire physical needs to be filled. According to Maslow’s hierarchy of need that includes physiological needs at the top to be filled includes thirst ,hunger , warmth ,clothing etc .Now turning towards water scarcity which is defined as lack of pure water availability for human population that helps to fulfill its various forms of requirement that water helps to produce via its presence like food production. It is interesting to note that we along with the world are going through the lack of deposits of water because of lack of mismanagement conducted by water authority regulator and governmental bodies of Pakistan. The changes in climate is also an emerging factor .It can be a reason due to less plantation that the environment is changing ,there is rise in temperatures and less rainfalls in the areas of Pakistan and throughout the globe. There is less awareness of people regarding the storage mechanism of water like people use water in huge amount even for small area of consumption . The utilization per person is in huge quantity.
It is interesting to consider that government of Pakistan needs to make a proper management team for the storage of water consumption. It must also promote a good and friendly relationship to overcome Indian cunning and deceiving acts of water flow towards Pakistan at western rivers. We are dependent on water resource .India whenever wants She tries to close the flow of water and open the flow of water towards Pakistan . Hence we have to face poor crop production and growth. Indus water treaty was a treaty signed in 1960 between both the two nations. We were given authority over two rivers. Three of them Ravi, Sutlej and Bias were given to India.
