This article is to depict with the tech profoundabilty that has put more influence on the daily need of the Cloud Computing. We are to research and discuss the features and abilities of the Network Function Virtualization. The user on the cloud has increased day by day to the need of quick and ubiquitous need of the data, the consumption of the compute has also gain increase with a demand of data production. For any company of our field the large amount of data assembling the cost and performance matter more than a lot [4]. All we need is to keep insure the data is processed and utilized with minimum cost ubiquitous for the end user and the availability with higher confidentiality is not compromised [2]. So we are just introduced with technology for the purpose called Network Function Virtualization (NFV). We simply make prototype of the one of the data and implement it on the user base. CAPEX or Capital Expenditure depends on the mode of production of the virtualized data that matter also in the performance of the cloud. The result ruled out that the data dealt amongst the NFV technology has higher effect on the CAPEX.
We can also rule out the theme that RESTful web services are just being created for the user that utilizes the cloud resources. The work presented in this paper analyzes the CAPEX and OPEX on the cloud network prototype.

Introduction
Today we are on the era where we can’t consider living and proceeding without the valued use of internet. We are provided with different services that are providing different web and online services [3]. But now as the time has passed and we have come to known fact that the future is highly held by internet and now Humans have thought of mainstreaming all processing, storage of all the resources to be ubiquitously available with highly defined security [2]. This dream of Human was accessed by the idea called cloud [7]. Cloud has given humans a real chance to compel their dreams with this idea, but in a nutshell we have challenges for any company or vendor that’s providing and agreeing the path of cloud [4]. Similarly all those service providers has challenge of calculating and retaining the right price for their business and provide the user with only the services they need and require [3]. The data centers that are providing the different sources has environment of containing the router, switches and other middle boxes that are to be use to maintain the service providing resources[2].
