We all have dreams and our own goals in life.We all want to become successful & achieved our set goals. In my humble opinion, if we want to achieve something bigger and faster then, we should become humble, kind & genuinely help other people by giving them a proper guideline which leads them to reach at their destination. Below mentioned are the key points which help us to guide our juniors or young individuals who just embarked their professional career:
A) Appreciation: Appreciation helps juniors to put more efforts on their given assigned task. It gives them confidence & self - believe which is really important at an initial stages of their career. It should be genuine & while you are appreciating them your words should reflect; what's in your heart for them? At times, your one word can make a difference in their lives & probably they can take this positivity from you & spread it out into their juniors
B) Be thankful to Lord: Now, what do i mean by this? If you are a manager or a boss then take it as an opportunity, that God is kind to you! He wants you to play a pivotal role in the success of those who have no idea , how the corporate culture works? how to perform any task? What are the professional etiquette? etc. You can set an example, by empowering them, listening to them & be their friends first before a boss who always their to motivate & support them. Remember: "Today's, junior will become a tomorrow's senior." Give your self a peep talk! How do i want this boy or girl to become a compassionate person? How he or she genuinely help to his or her juniors in the near future? It can only be happen when we set a good example
C) Keep yourself at bay by doing injustice: This bad habit, will create a negative impression on your juniors. Respect their genuine efforts & while taking a decision when it comes to permanently hire them for a job or give them any other challenging role then be honest in your verdict. There are so many individuals out there, who embarked their professional career with full of enthusiasm & they have a zeal to success. But, what happened? favouritism, de-motivation & leg pulling create barriers on their creativity & ideas. Don't break their dreams! Recall, how does it takes you to become a manager or grab a higher position?
Always Remember, " You can be the reason of someone's success. Create at least 1 leader in your entire professional career, by your good deeds, respectful attitude & compassion."
God bless you all! :)
