Depression is that modern evil which engulfs the human beings’ souls and cognitive power. The research done in shows much higher rate of depression in women as compared to that in men. Why is that so? Is it because women are emotional or because of the cultural pressures they face in their routine lives. It has been seen that depression finds its home in empty heads. Does it mean that empty heads are brainless? No! basically a man requires an aim, aspiration or a plan to look upto and feel comforted that he has something to achieve and when he will achieve that he will be satisfied. But modern age offers a lot of objects, distractions and evils which eat up all the time and leave man with no thoughts and clear ideas in his mind.
