Everyday Heroism!

It was narrated by a friend of mine that once while arguing to her colleague on some serious note, she wanted to hit her by a stone lying beside her, instead she resisted that instinct of her and went away silently letting dominate the heroism inside her.

The genesis of "Everyday Heroism" based on controlling your evil or dark side as we are slaves of our instincts and according to Phillip Zimbardo, it is "How to stand, speak out and act courageously in challenging situations." Inspiration that gets in doing this is priceless as this helps to eliminate the factor of keeping grudges or regrets making your soul light in weight.

Now readers might wonder that how could we suppress our evils, our inner dark side in achieving the perfectionism that could help us to act wisely in awful situations and answer to that also lies within yourself, within the mechanism of your mind, train it and live it. Some strategies that could help you are:

Personal Goals:

1. "Take-it and blow-it" make this principle your Moto and spare out 10 minutes of your routine and meditate yourself to the level where you can inhale optimism and exhale pessimism. Take in the happiness and blow out the worries. It will help you to relieve all the stress and leads you to the "actual-you"
2. Changing attitude in having dealt with depressive situations peacefully by remembering that love the people who treat you right and forget about the ones who don’t as they might not have any broader perspective of you.
3. Make the "Reiki principle" your habit.

Societal Goals:
Use the "how" to gain optimistic attitude towards the society where actual act of heroism lies.
1. How to be the first one in giving altruistic satisfaction to the people.
2. How to appreciate your colleagues to do well.
3. How to encourage your colleagues to do well.
4. How to make them fully satisfy to their being or environment.

We as human beings possess power to totally mould ourselves in a way we want to be by controlling our instincts, we possess power over each negativity by remembering "Heroism" that we are all now obligated to improve the lives of individually and also globally or in the communities in which we live.
