For an organization, what is the greater asset of an organization ,Equipment, Plant, Data or Technology? The answer is no. Workers of an organization are the greater assets because human capital is the important source to move business forward. Human resources is responsible to attain the objectives or activites for an organization but here the question is, how we can say people are assets for an organization?
Assets can be in the form of people or things that can produce value for business of an organization. Employees are working to bring the business for the company and without people no company can run. Now we can say that human capital is more important than other assets.
