Information You Provide

We collect information that you provide when you create an account, build or upload a resume, apply for a job, post a job, create an employer profile, purchase services, contact support, complete assessments, use AI-assisted tools, or otherwise use Mustakbil services.

This may include your name, email address, password or authentication information, phone number, city, country, profile photo, resume, work experience, education, skills, portfolio links, job preferences, salary preferences, employer/company information, job postings, application answers, assessment content, interview information, billing details, and messages or files you choose to submit.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use Mustakbil, we may automatically collect technical and usage information such as IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, search activity, clicks, approximate location derived from IP address, log data, cookies, and similar technologies.

Information From Third-Party Services

If you choose to sign in with, connect, or use a third-party service, we may receive information from that service according to your settings and the permissions you approve. This may include Google Sign-In, Google One Tap, Google Calendar, Microsoft/Outlook Calendar, Facebook Login, LinkedIn Login, payment providers, analytics providers, advertising partners, and other integrations we make available.

We use information to provide, secure, maintain, personalize, and improve Mustakbil services. This includes creating and managing accounts, displaying job listings, processing applications, matching jobseekers and employers, enabling employer dashboards, sending job alerts and service messages, processing payments, preventing fraud and abuse, providing support, and measuring service performance.

Communications

We may use your contact information to send account notifications, job alerts, application updates, interview notifications, employer service messages, security alerts, payment confirmations, and support responses. You can unsubscribe from promotional or job alert emails using the unsubscribe link in the email or your account settings where available. We may still send important transactional or security-related messages.

Jobseekers

When you create a resume, apply for a job, respond to an employer, complete an assessment, or participate in an interview process, the relevant information may be shared with the employer, recruiter, or hiring team connected to that job or recruitment activity.

Depending on your resume privacy settings, your resume or profile may be searchable by registered employers. You can update resume visibility and account settings from your Mustakbil account where those controls are available.

Employers

When an employer posts a job, company profile information and job details may be displayed publicly or to jobseekers. Employer account users may access applications, resumes, assessment results, interview details, and related recruitment information for jobs they manage.

Depending on the feature you use and the permissions you approve, Google user data may include your Google account identifier, name, email address, profile picture, OAuth tokens, Google Calendar event information, calendar event identifiers, and calendar availability information.

Google Sign-In and Google One Tap data are used to authenticate you, create or access your Mustakbil account, help prevent unauthorized account access, and display the connected Google account where appropriate. Google Calendar data is used only to provide employer interview scheduling features, such as creating, updating, cancelling, or syncing interview calendar events requested by the employer.

Prohibited Uses of Google API Data

Mustakbil does not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs for targeted advertising, personalized advertising, retargeting, interest-based advertising, user advertisements, selling data to data brokers, providing data to information resellers, determining credit-worthiness, lending purposes, creating unrelated databases, or unrelated product development.

Mustakbil does not use Google user data obtained through Google APIs to train, improve, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not sent to third-party AI service providers for AI processing, model training, or model improvement.

Mustakbil does not provide Google API user data from Google Sign-In, Google One Tap, or Google Calendar to Google Analytics or Google AdSense for analytics, advertising, retargeting, or personalized advertising purposes.

Access to Google API user data is limited to automated systems and authorized personnel who need access to operate, secure, troubleshoot, or support the Google-connected feature, subject to confidentiality and access controls.

Mustakbil's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Employers may choose to connect calendar services such as Google Calendar or Microsoft/Outlook Calendar to schedule interviews. Calendar integration is optional.

When an employer connects a calendar, Mustakbil may use the approved access to identify the connected account, check availability where enabled, create interview events, update interview events, cancel interview events, store external calendar event identifiers, and keep interview scheduling information in sync.

Calendar data from Google, Microsoft, or Outlook integrations is used only for interview scheduling and calendar synchronization features requested by the employer. It is not used for advertising, retargeting, data resale, credit decisions, unrelated databases, unrelated product development, or AI model training.

Candidates do not see private employer calendar details. They may see only interview-related information such as available interview times, interview date and time, meeting location or link, interviewer name where applicable, and job-related interview instructions.

Employers can disconnect calendar access from their Mustakbil account. When disconnected, Mustakbil stops using that calendar connection and removes or invalidates stored OAuth tokens, subject to security, legal, backup, and audit requirements.

Mustakbil may allow users to sign in using third-party identity providers such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Microsoft. If you use these features, we receive only the information permitted by the provider and approved by you, such as your account identifier, name, email address, and profile image where available.

We use social login data to authenticate your account, reduce duplicate accounts, improve account security, and let you access Mustakbil services. We do not sell social login data or use it for unrelated advertising or data broker purposes.

You can remove third-party access from your Mustakbil account where available and from the privacy or security settings of the relevant third-party provider. You may also contact us at support@mustakbil.com to request account deletion or disconnection assistance.

Mustakbil may offer optional AI-assisted features, such as job description generation, applicant screening support, assessment or questionnaire generation, resume improvement suggestions, profile improvement suggestions, and similar productivity tools.

These features may use content that users provide directly within Mustakbil for the specific AI-assisted action requested, such as job descriptions, resume text, application details, assessment instructions, employer screening criteria, or user-entered prompts.

Mustakbil may use trusted third-party AI service providers to operate these features. Where practical, we minimize or redact personal information before sending content for AI processing. AI-generated output is provided to assist users and should be reviewed by the user before use.

Google API data limitation: AI-assisted features do not use Google Calendar data, Google Sign-In data, Google One Tap data, or other Google user data obtained through Google APIs. We do not send Google API user data to third-party AI providers for AI processing, model training, or model improvement.

Mustakbil uses cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect accounts, prevent abuse, understand how the website is used, improve performance, measure campaigns, and show advertising where applicable.

We may use services such as Google Analytics to understand website usage and Google AdSense or other advertising services to display ads. These services may use cookies, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, page views, ad interactions, and similar information according to their own policies and your settings.

Important Google API data limitation: analytics and advertising practices do not apply to Google user data obtained through Google APIs, including Google Calendar, Google Sign-In, and Google One Tap data. Mustakbil does not use or transfer Google API user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized advertising, interest-based advertising, analytics, AI model training, data resale, credit decisions, lending purposes, or creating unrelated databases.

Mustakbil also measures a small sample of Core Web Vitals through our own first-party endpoint. We store only daily aggregates by broad page category, metric and rating, navigation type, and device class. We do not store the page URL, query or fragment, account, user, job or application identifiers, IP address, browser user agent, DOM selectors, or interaction targets with these measurements. The collector honors browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

You may manage cookies in your browser settings. Some Mustakbil features may not work properly if cookies are disabled. You can manage Google ad personalization through Google Ads Settings and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where available.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With employers and jobseekers: information is shared as needed to operate the recruitment process, such as when a jobseeker applies for a job or an employer manages applications.
• With service providers: we may use vendors for hosting, email delivery, SMS/WhatsApp messaging, payment processing, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, customer support, calendar integrations, AI-assisted features, and other operational services. They may process information only as needed to provide services to Mustakbil.
• For legal, safety, and security reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our terms, or protect Mustakbil's rights, property, or safety.
• Business transfers: if Mustakbil is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
• Aggregated or de-identified information: we may share information that does not reasonably identify an individual, such as aggregated usage trends or platform statistics.

Google API data limitation: service providers that support advertising, analytics, or AI-assisted features do not receive Google user data obtained through Google APIs. Google API user data is shared only with service providers when necessary to provide the Google-connected feature requested by the user, such as authentication, calendar scheduling, security, hosting, or operational support.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect accounts and systems using reasonable safeguards.

Access to personal information is limited to personnel and service providers who need it to operate, secure, support, or improve Mustakbil services and who are expected to keep it confidential.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, support recruitment records, comply with legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain backups, and meet legitimate business needs. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the feature used.

Payment card details, where applicable, are processed by payment providers. Mustakbil does not intend to store full card numbers on its own servers.

You may review, update, correct, or remove certain account information from your account settings. You may also request assistance by contacting support@mustakbil.com.

• You can unsubscribe from job alerts or marketing emails using the unsubscribe link or account settings where available.
• You can change resume visibility settings where available.
• You can disconnect supported third-party integrations from your account or from the relevant provider's account settings.
• You can request account deletion or data deletion assistance by contacting support.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests. We may retain information where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational reasons.

If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to Mustakbil, please contact us at support@mustakbil.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, account notifications, email, or other appropriate means. The “Last updated” date shows when this policy was last revised.
