Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Mustakbil.com. By accessing or using the website, services, account features, or paid offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Mustakbil.com website, related country subdomains, mobile experiences, account features, paid products, integrations, and other related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by TechnoBird (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the website, account notifications, email, or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Services and, if you have an account, you may close it from your account settings or by contacting support@mustakbil.com.
description Scope & Definitions
Mustakbil.com is an online recruitment platform that helps jobseekers discover opportunities and helps employers post jobs, manage applications, and run their hiring workflow. Some features are free; others are paid.
- Jobseeker: a user who creates a resume, applies to jobs, or otherwise uses Mustakbil to search for work.
- Employer: a user or organization that posts jobs, accesses applications, or uses recruitment tools.
- Content: resumes, job postings, company profiles, assessments, messages, files, reviews, and other material submitted to or through the Services.
- Paid Services: products with a fee, including job posting packages and resume search/database access packages.
Public Platform Notice
Mustakbil is a public platform. Content that you choose to publish (such as a job posting, public company profile, public review, or a resume you have made searchable) may be visible to other users and to search engines. We do not independently verify every user, employer, or jobseeker, and we are not responsible for evaluating the qualifications, identity, or intentions of any user. You are responsible for your own due diligence before acting on information found through the Services.

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, for any activity that occurs under your account, and for keeping your contact information accurate. Notify us immediately at support@mustakbil.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Where supported, we strongly recommend enabling additional account security such as two-factor authentication. You may sign in with email/password or with supported identity providers such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Microsoft, subject to the relevant provider's terms.
Accurate Information
You agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawfully yours to provide. You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe contain false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive information.

Your Resume & Profile
You may create or upload a resume, add education, work experience, skills, preferences, and other information, and apply for jobs. You are responsible for what you submit and for keeping it up to date. Your resume privacy setting controls whether registered employers can find your resume through search; you can change this setting at any time from your account.
When you apply to a job or respond to an employer, the relevant resume and application information is shared with that employer or the hiring team connected to the job. Once shared, we cannot control how the recipient uses the information beyond what is set out in our Privacy Policy and the applicable platform features.
Job Alerts & Notifications
Registered jobseekers may receive job alerts, application updates, interview notifications, and similar service messages. You can unsubscribe from job alerts or marketing email using the unsubscribe link in the email or from your account settings, where available. We may still send important transactional or security-related messages.
No Guarantees
We do not guarantee that your resume will be viewed, that you will receive replies, that any specific opportunity will result, or that any employer is a particular type of employer. You are responsible for your own decisions about employers, opportunities, interviews, and offers, and you should never pay a fee to be considered for a job listed on Mustakbil.
work For Employers
Job Postings
Employers may post job openings using free or paid job posting options. By posting a job, you confirm that the role is genuine, that you have authority to advertise it, and that the posting and any associated screening questions, assessments, or requirements comply with applicable law (including non-discrimination law and laws applicable in the country where the role is located).
- You must not charge candidates any fee to apply, to be screened, or to be considered for a role.
- Job postings must describe a real opportunity and must not be misleading, deceptive, or used for data harvesting or other prohibited purposes.
- We may edit, reformat, reject, hide, or remove postings that do not comply with these Terms, applicable law, or our content guidelines, without liability to you.
- We may display posted job and company information across the Services (including country subdomains, search results, alerts, and discovery surfaces) to help candidates find opportunities.
Resume Search / Database Access
Where you have purchased resume search or database access, you may search and view jobseeker profiles that are visible under the candidate's resume privacy setting. Access is for legitimate recruitment use only and is granted to the contracting employer organization (and authorized members of its hiring team where applicable).
- You must not use candidate information to send unsolicited marketing, to build competing databases, or to share, resell, or transfer candidate information to any third party.
- You must not contact a candidate's current employer with information obtained from that candidate's resume.
- You must comply with applicable data protection law in how you store, use, retain, and delete candidate information.
Applicant Management & Interviews
Employer features may include applicant tracking, ratings, evaluations, notes, conversations, screening questions and assessments, interview scheduling, and similar tools. You are responsible for how you and your team use these features, for the accuracy of evaluations, and for compliance with applicable employment law in your jurisdiction.
Team Access
Employer accounts may allow multiple team members to access shared recruitment data. The account owner is responsible for managing team access, for the actions of team members, and for ensuring that access is removed promptly when a team member should no longer have it.
payments Paid Services & Billing
Some Services are paid, including job posting packages and resume search/database access packages. Pricing, the number of included credits or seats, validity period, and other product details are shown at the time of purchase and may change from time to time.
- Activation begins on receipt of payment. The validity period starts from the activation date unless otherwise stated.
- Volume pricing, discounts, taxes, and currency conversion may apply as shown at checkout.
- Paid features are licensed to the purchasing user or organization and are not transferable, resaleable, or shareable across unrelated organizations.
- Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, issue a pro-rata or goodwill refund in limited circumstances.
Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. By providing payment information, you authorize the relevant payment provider to charge the applicable fees. Mustakbil does not intend to store full payment card numbers on its own servers.
auto_awesome AI-Assisted Features
Mustakbil may offer optional AI-assisted features such as job description drafting, applicant screening support, assessment or questionnaire generation, resume improvement suggestions, and similar productivity tools. AI-generated output is provided to assist you and must be reviewed by you before use. You remain responsible for the final content of anything you publish, send, or rely on.
AI-assisted features may process content that you provide to the feature (such as a job description prompt, resume text, or screening criteria). You must not submit content to AI features that you do not have the right to submit, and you must not use AI features to generate unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, or otherwise prohibited content.
AI-assisted features do not use Google Calendar data, Google Sign-In data, Google One Tap data, or other Google user data obtained through Google APIs for AI processing, model training, or model improvement. See our Privacy Policy for details.
extension Third-Party Integrations
Mustakbil may offer optional integrations with third-party services, such as identity providers (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft), calendar services (Google Calendar, Microsoft/Outlook Calendar), payment providers, and analytics providers. Use of an integration may be subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms.
You can disconnect supported integrations from your Mustakbil account where the option is available, and from the relevant third-party provider's settings. When you disconnect, Mustakbil stops using the relevant connection going forward, subject to security, legal, backup, and audit requirements.
groups Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable.
- Harm minors or attempt to collect information about minors.
- Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
- Post fake jobs, fake employers, fake reviews, fake assessments, or otherwise manipulate the platform.
- Charge a candidate a fee for the chance to apply, be screened, or be considered for a role.
- Use the Services to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unauthorized promotional content.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror, frame, or otherwise extract content or data from the Services using any automated means, or attempt to bypass any access controls, rate limits, or technical protection measures.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Services or any content obtained through them.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code or material designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or any related systems.
- Interfere with the operation of the Services, the security of accounts, or the experience of other users.
- Violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
We may investigate suspected violations and take action we consider appropriate, including removing content, restricting or suspending access, terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement.
copyright User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant Mustakbil a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, format, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, secure, support, promote, and improve the Services, and to provide the features you have requested (for example, displaying a posted job to candidates or sharing an application with an employer).
You confirm that you have all rights necessary to submit your content, that your content does not infringe any third-party rights, and that you have any necessary consents (including from individuals whose information you submit).
Our Content
The Services — including the website design, source code, logos, brand marks, page layouts, copy, graphics, and other materials we provide — are owned by TechnoBird or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only as permitted by these Terms. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Services except as expressly allowed by law or by us in writing.
Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use them without restriction or obligation to you.
Copyright Concerns
If you believe content on Mustakbil infringes your copyright, please contact support@mustakbil.com with enough detail for us to identify the content and your claim. We may, in appropriate cases and at our discretion, remove allegedly infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Services Provided “As Is”
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information, job, employer, jobseeker, or third party is accurate, genuine, lawful, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Mustakbil is not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency, and we do not endorse, vouch for, sponsor, recommend, or guarantee any user, employer, jobseeker, job, application, hiring outcome, salary, or third-party service referenced through the Services. You are responsible for your own decisions and due diligence.
The Services may contain links to or content from third parties. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
shield Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Mustakbil, TechnoBird, or our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or hiring outcomes, arising out of or related to the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the recent fees you paid to Mustakbil for the relevant Services immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Where applicable law provides additional consumer protections that cannot be waived by contract, those protections continue to apply and are not affected by this clause.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Mustakbil, TechnoBird, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure of the Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, civil unrest, power or network failures, government action, regulatory orders, denial-of-service attacks, or third-party service outages.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may close your account from your account settings or by contacting support@mustakbil.com.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services (in whole or in part), remove content, or refuse to provide further Services if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable law, that your activity poses a risk to other users or to the Services, or that doing so is necessary to comply with law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Mustakbil, our users, or others.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including content licences you have granted, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute resolution — will survive termination of these Terms.
rule General Provisions
Modification & Discontinuation of the Services
We may, at any time and in our sole discretion, change, add, remove, suspend, throttle, or discontinue any feature, content, integration, package, pricing, or any other aspect of the Services, in whole or in part, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
No Obligation to Monitor
We have no obligation to pre-screen, monitor, edit, or remove any user content. However, we reserve the right (and have the discretion) at any time, and without notice, to refuse, remove, hide, edit, reformat, throttle, or restrict access to any content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of others, or our content guidelines, or that is otherwise objectionable.
Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Mustakbil, TechnoBird, and our licensors. You are granted no licence, by implication or otherwise, in or to any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right of Mustakbil or TechnoBird, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
“Mustakbil”, “Mustakbil.com”, “TechnoBird”, related logos, page layouts, design elements, and brand marks are trademarks of TechnoBird (or its affiliates). You must not use them without our prior written permission, and you must not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation that does not exist.
You must not (and must not allow any third party to) copy, scrape, frame, mirror, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code, models, training data, prompts, or underlying algorithms of the Services (including any AI-assisted features), or use the Services to build a competing service, build a database of jobseekers or employers, or train any machine-learning model, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Account Inactivity
We may, after a reasonable period of inactivity, archive, anonymize, or close accounts that show no sign-in or other activity for an extended period. We will use reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before doing so where we have a working contact channel on file.
Notices to You
We may give you notices under these Terms by email to the address on your account, by in-product messages, by posting on the website, or by any other means reasonably designed to reach you. Notices are deemed received when sent (for email) or when posted (for in-product / website notices). You are responsible for keeping the email address and contact details on your account up to date.
Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes, duties, levies, and similar charges, and you are responsible for any such amounts assessed by any authority on your purchase or use of the Services. Where we are required by law to collect tax at checkout, that amount will be shown before you pay.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to do so is void. We may freely assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or any of our rights and obligations, in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
No Waiver; Severability
Our failure to enforce, or any delay in enforcing, any right or provision of these Terms does not waive that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Partnership; Independent Relationship
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, fiduciary, or franchise relationship between you and Mustakbil. Neither party has the authority to bind the other.
Compliance & Cooperation with Authorities
We may cooperate with law-enforcement authorities, regulators, and courts (including by disclosing information about an account or activity) where we reasonably believe it is necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process, a regulator's request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Mustakbil, our users, or others.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Picture Policy, and any additional terms applicable to a specific Service, form the entire agreement between you and Mustakbil regarding the Services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.
gavel Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically. Use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
