Pros:

This Organization really has an excellent professional decorum. People who have worked there will never find the environment like that in any other Organization.

Cons:

I do not find any thing wrong within the organization, but the fact is we used to live in a country where reference culture is very much popular, where as in this Organization they hire people on merit not on any referrals.

Advice to Management:

Excellent Management in every aspect. i do not feel like giving an advice to the organization which already has a maximum level of employee satisfaction.
