Pros:
One of the great place for learning in sales & marketing area where you learn to sell intangible product for the long periods. I had a great learning tenure with state life and came to know what is sales & marketing in real.
Cons:
I don't think so there can be anything worse in state life.
Advice to Management:
I would advice to management to lounge extreme marketing campaigns. So that State life could relive again in society.
