Pros:
it takes a good care of their employees and i had a great time with them..and also because of good reputation of organization
Cons:
I work there for 3 months and i finish my work in 2.5 months and my performance is very good i had great contact with my supervisor but he don't prefer me for permanent employment.
Advice to Management:
plz don't banned internees or associates for permanent employee give them chance to work as permanent.

Nestle is best one company in Pakistan, where u can get all benefits and good salary Packages. 
Cons:
Cancelled leaves, missed family engagements and sleepless nights. For Nestle's executives in India, these have been some of the aftereffects of the Maggicontroversy.

"I haven't slept for more than two hours in the past fortnight," rued a midlevel executive. "It's been all about nonstop work, plant visits, meetings, tests, future strategies, decisions. Worse, we don't know what will happen tomorrow," he said, speaking on the condition of anonymity.
Advice to Management:
All is well.But you should be post a vacancies in  your websites careers. Hiring  should be  on Qualification base and  without any reference.
