Just a shitty company.

Nayatel is the most shitty company i have ever worked for. It has a very desi culture and managers are rural paindus, who have no manners at all. Communication from the manager is impolite. Managers act like beggars and demand fines from employees. Please don't work in this pathetic company and do not sign any bond with them. No work life balance. Employees are overworked and salaries are very low.

Kindly get rid of your paindu managers. Make appraisal process more transparent. and keep a check on what your illiterate managers are doing.

Please distribute work equally and increase pay. Think about your sales and billing staff they are your workers not anyone else.

They have very dynamic structure that every employee have the chance to flourish his ability and make them multi-talented by doing work with coordination of different departments and more having a training schedule make them more flexible.

There is no downsides of this company but some how creativity may be not liked.
