Facilitate your employees, make a good policy of employees appreciation and incriment which best companies have in Pakistan. Hire some qualified management resources.

  • At hand  projects / campaigns require design skill  and assign task give high level learning & working experience to employees.
  • Appropriate Delegation power  / go ahead given to mangers and leaders  for decision making in reasonable range.
  • Well understanding of client requirements.
  • I found Horizontal organization to kaya with low overhead operating in a low rate labor environment.
  • Not merely an outsourcing company but they work also as problem solvers.
  • Coming up with solutions that can assist client accomplish their business objectives.
  • Kaya systems employees  well expert in business and technology areas. 


Cons:
  • HR department obsolete.
  • Career Opportunities is not well develop.
  • Motivation policy is not properly implementing.
  • Development program absent.
  • Co curricular activity in company is not exercising.
  • Compensation & Benefits programs are not design.
  • Monthly conference is lacking.
