Pros: Dont have any good things
Cons: They will hire the enployees on their needs. If work of clients end they fire the employees. Projectised organization they dont mention that their work is contract basis. They get 10 or 15 projects from market and hire the designer or developer and take whole work in one month then they fire that employee who accomplishes their projects.
Advice to Management: Learn from other software companies and be mature in software industry.
