You will learn how to manage work overload. Skills in ERP will increase.

Cons:

Organization Culture is much illiterate. More Favoritism there people will not know because of their knowledge or working. They preferred whom have their mother tongue (Memoni)

Higher management preference would be productivity not favoritism or in the name of mother tongue (Memoni)
