Pros: Employees working at Opus Inspection (VICS, Govt. of Punjab) has good growth prospects as the project shall expand to the whole Punjab creating career opportunities for everyone including existing employees.
Cons: The company needs to work on its compensation plan. Salaries are not par as per market standard. Also, promised benefits are not being delivered timely.
Advice to Management: Work to create employee engagement activities. Improve compensation plans. Align organization goals at all levels.
