KBM invites applications for the position of Experienced Accountant to be based in our Lahore office to manage the work done for UK office.
The Role
Oversee and manage a team of bookkeeping
Oversee the delivery of quality information to senior managers and to the other departments within the practice
Build relationships throughout the practice to ensure cohesive working between bookkeeping team and departments such as accounts, payroll and tax.
Alongside the Director, identify and deliver process improvements and drive positive change, focusing on efficiencies and output.
Review of VAT returns, bookkeeping files and supporting schedules.
Ability to resolve internal and external queries arising from bookkeeping review.
Review of detailed management accounts.
Deliver training, guidance and development of the team .
Review timetables for timely bookkeeping/management accounts delivery
Excellent VAT knowledge to include:
Preparation of FRS 102 1A standard accounts and FRS 105 accounts
Produce draft tax computations and a provision for inclusion in the accounts
Fulfil any relevant additional/ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

Good knowledge of QuickBooks preferable but not essential.
Knowledge of other accounting software
