Responsibilities: Collaborate on functional workflow of product design with a focus on simplicity, ease of use and driving user behavior.· Deliver digital assets and work with software engineers for optimal integration of designs.· Occasionally produce collateral material for marketing and business presentations.· Keep up to date on changes to the UI / UX Landscape.
Education and Experience Requirements:· Bachelors degree in digital arts strongly preferred.· Knowledge and skills typically acquired through a minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience in user interface and user experience design.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:· Expert level knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other standard design and layout tools.· Proven experience designing application user interfaces for desktop, web and mobile platforms.· Ability to understand and contribute feedback on application workflow concepts and deliver high quality designs based on stakeholder decisions.· Experience designing compelling digital assets for marketing web sites and in application assets for encouraging product feature usage.· Ability to work in a collaborative group environment and accept input from varied sources.· Strong work ethic and ability to deliver projects in a timely manner based on project plans.· Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript (preferred)
