Customer Sales Representative - CSR

We are searching for a polite, professional and presentable Customer Sales Executive.

Noted: A candidate having CSR experience in call center or insurance company living nearby Nazimabad will be preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Candidate must have potential to deal with lock and international clients over call, email/ meetings.
• Speaking with International clients to develop relationships, discuss product details.
• Identifying potential clients that might have a need for products or services offered by the company.
• Making quotations and invoices for clients that include pricing information etc.
• Negotiating contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Identifying opportunities for client growth by offering additional products or services that complement existing offerings.
• Presenting new products or services to existing clients to increase business opportunities.
• Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Min 2 years of call center experience/ Insurance experience will be preferred.

Skills: Ms. Office, English (Expert in written and verbal), Multitasker & Google Spread Sheets.
