Job Description
Generate new leads through market visits and cold calls.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Meet or exceed sales targets by selling the company's products to customers.
· Prepare sales proposals and presentations to prospective customers.
· Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers.
· Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of products and services to customers.
· Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate new leads.
· Keep up to date with industry trends and developments to inform sales strategies.
· Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
