Job Overview:
We are currently hiring for a Resource Executive position in our Recruitment Department. This opportunity is suitable for individuals residing in various areas, including Johar Town, Wapda Town, Model Town, Valencia, Faisal Town, and Township.
Requirements:
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Gender: Open to all
- Proficiency in spoken English
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role is preferred but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
As a Resource Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with both existing and prospective customers to introduce our services
- Developing an in-depth understanding of our service offerings
- Addressing customer inquiries and swiftly resolving any issues to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to facilitate a seamless customer experience
- Achieving predetermined targets in terms of volume and quality
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date customer database
- Documenting and closely tracking all sales activities and call interactions
Location:
The company's office is located near PIA Road in Wapda Town, specifically in the Military Accounts Society. 22 Main Boulevard, Military Accounts Society, Lahore.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Salary and Benefits:
We provide a competitive compensation package, including a basic monthly salary of Rs. 35,000. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn commission of up to Rs. 40,000 on each successful sale. As an added perk, all employees are provided with complimentary fresh food on a daily basis.
