Job Description

We are hiring a Senior PHP/Laravel Developer to join our team at BinaryBrix. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. Your technical skills and expertise will be crucial for the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust web applications using PHP and Laravel.
Design and implement efficient database structures and schemas.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase.
Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
Stay updated with emerging PHP and Laravel technologies and propose improvements.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Collaborate with the project management team to estimate timelines and deliver projects on time.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Continuously enhance your skills through self-learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in PHP development with a focus on Laravel.
Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
In-depth understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Solid database design and optimization skills.
Familiarity with unit testing and TDD is a plus.
Ability to write efficient SQL queries and optimize database performance.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
