Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence Manage daily inquiry sheets in given forms/formats and software

Job Specification
Must be a team player and have outstanding writing, editing, data entry and proofreading skills. This position requires excellent communication skills in English (Written & Oral) and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office and Internet. The incumbent should have telephone etiquette and a polite tone.
