Alpha And Omega Technologies is looking for a passionate Tele Sales Executive for our Digital Marketing & SEO to join our team.

We are looking for a proactive individual with Good "Communication Skills" for the Night Shift as "Tele-Sales Representatives" for our International (Outbound) sales project.

Experience: 1.5 or 2 Year (BPO).

Job Type: Full-time 7PM to 4AM

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
• Logging the details in relevant software and providing timely updates
• Acknowledging and resolving customer queries and make necessary correspondence
• Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Requirements:

• Candidates must have basic knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Web Development & to sell them over the call.
• Call Center experience is preferred - 1.5 Years or above doing USA based outbound sales.
• B2B Outbound Sales Campaign.
• Extensive communication skills via phone, email and chat
• Must be able to deal with pressure.
• Must be comfortable working in night shifts (7 PM to 4AM)
