- Can work independently and communicate to customers for business
- To contact customers to get orders.
- To offer rates to customer as per their requirements after discussion with Director.
- After customer’s confirmation to make sales contracts as per customer’s instructions/PO.
- To send Sale Contract to customer after signed by Director.
- To give fabrics requirements details to production department as per sales contracts made.
- To ask from customer to open L/C For the L/C contracts.
- To issue Processing programs as per contracts/PO and to give processing program copy to our QC and to give instructions to process the fabrics.
- After completion of processing to instruct concerned person to arrange container for the port as per sales contract/LC.
- To give shipment detail to concerned customer after shipment.
- To send B/L and other documents copy by emails to concerned customer.
- To give courier number to customer after dispatch of documents by bank to bank.
- To ask for the payment from customer for the CAD shipments.
- To ask maturity date from customer after dispatch of documents bank to bank for the L/C documents.
- To send weekly updates report to customer for the shipments status and pending Payments.
