Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Resource Executive to join our esteemed organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals residing in various areas, including Johar Town, Wapda Town, Model Town, Valencia, Faisal Town, and Township.
Requirements:

- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Preferably, previous experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skill
Responsibilities:
As a Resource Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with existing and prospective customers to introduce and showcase our wide range of products and services
- Gaining in-depth knowledge about our product and service offerings
- Addressing customer inquiries and promptly resolving any issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction
- Managing inbound and outbound calls to provide seamless customer support
- Meeting predetermined sales targets in terms of both volume and quality
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate customer database
- Documenting and tracking all sales activities and call interactions
Location:
The head office of the company is conveniently located near PIA Road in Wapda Town, specifically within the Military Accounts Society area.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of Rs. 30,000 per month. Additionally, there is an opportunity to earn commission of up to Rs. 40,000 on each completed sale. As an added perk, all employees are provided with complimentary daily fresh food.
