Developers will be expected to take ownership and be full responsible for all tasks/modules assigned to them and deliver in a highly paced environment. Good knowledge about Developer 6i, Application Server (10g) Strong work ethic, ability to work flexible hours, sometimes in the evening or during weekends · Must be a team player, draws energy and drive in working with others· Schedule/deadline oriented & excellent organization skills· Provide day-to-day support to business users by troubleshooting issues, implementing fixes and enhancements.· Provide applications design, development, testing, and user documentation. Experience in designing, implementing and maintaining interfaces · Experience with SDLC and Change Control management· Experience with Oracle PL/SQL Developer, Toad and other development tool· Experience writing business events, and user hooks· Experience with Oracle BI is a plus· Experience with Hospital Management System & HRMS payroll is Plus
