Job Description

  • To prepare and email report on daily basis.
  • To prepare and check bank reconciliation report.
  • To prepare and e-mail online report to Head office.
  • To prepare and check expenses on daily basis.
  • To check account ledger on daily basis.
  • To prepare and dispatch courier to Head office on daily basis.
  • To collect and deposit cash in lockers on daily basis.
  • To follow up salesman recovery, One day and cheques on daily basis.
  • To collect and hold post date parties cheque.
  • To maintain record of Parties cheques return.
  • To maintain record of recovery.
  • To maintain record of SD’s and Sole distributor.
  • To deposit cheque, TC and DD deposit and receive bank statement on Fridays.
  • To online staff salary on monthly basis.
  • To deliver salaries to staff on cash.
  • To update advance details of employees on monthly basis.
  • To record and update Rent cheques and rent slips.
  • To record and update utility bills.
  • To get the bill paid

Job Specification

  • At least graduate
  • Have good computer skills
  • Have good command on Ms Office
  • Mentally & physically tough & sharp
  • Can handle the work load
  • Good Communication skills
  • complete knowledge about Cash activities
