The Client Servicing Executive is responsible for handling all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.

• Respond to client inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
• Work with other departments to resolve client issues
• Provide regular updates to management on client satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
