We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Appointment Setter Virtual Assistants.

Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently enter data into multiple databases
Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents
Update data and correct errors as needed
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, and preparing documents.
Maintain and update databases, records, and files
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
