Job Description
We are a UK based Travel Company (IATA, ATOL certified) currently operating in Lahore. We are one of the largest travel organization in the UK employing over 500 staff globally in Whole selling and Business sectors.
Key Roles and Responsibilities- As a travel consultant you have to answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements
- Book airlines tickets and offer holiday packages to the customers over phone and answer queries from the customers.
- Obtain customer information i.e. name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Correspondence with customers or follow up initial sales contacts.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
People who have experience in Hajj and Umrah customer dealing in a travel agency would be appreciated to apply.Skills Fresh candidates can also apply (will get training, which would be a PROBATION period of 3 months).Only serious candidates should apply.
Job Specification
Required:The candidate should have an excellent command over English Language as he/she has to communicate with clients abroad. He/she must be computer literate.
Candidate with Travel Agency Background would be given preference & Operating on GDS like GALILEO, WORLDSPAN, and AMADEUS Software are appreciated to apply.
