• Communicate with clients in a courteous, professional, accurate and timely manner
• Develop excellent working relationships with colleagues within and outside the organization
• Provide feedback to management on any issues that affect clients and the company
• Timing can be flexible but will require ability for candidate to work in evening slots when necessary.

• Candidate must be proficient in written and spoken English
• A/Levels preferred
• Fresh candidates with exceptional communication skills, will be considered
• Organised and self-driven
• Content writing skill is a plus
