Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone via chats

Asking questions to engage customers and find their needs

Listing to the customers need to generate repeat sales

Gathering and documenting customer information and share product awareness

Maintaing daily sales report

Meeting monthly sales target

Excellent communication skills

Creative thinking skills

Good sales abilities

Working knowledge of relevant computer software
