Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and customer acquisition during night shifts
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and market products and services
- Answer inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets and meet KPIs
- Maintain a positive brand image and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
- Willingness to work night shifts
