Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding the most affordable and convenient flight options. You will handle inquiries, provide information about flight availability, pricing, and bookings, and address any concerns or issues raised by customers. Your day-to-day duties will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Providing accurate information regarding flight options, schedules, fares, and any additional services offered.
Assisting customers with booking flights, processing payments, and issuing tickets.
Resolving customer complaints, conflicts, or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identifying opportunities for upselling and promoting additional services or products to customers.
Participating in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Job Specification
Education: O/A levels or Inter/Graduate.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of call center or travel agency experience. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the industry are also encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Additional language proficiency will be considered an advantage.
Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers while addressing their concerns or issues.
Problem-Solving Skills: Effective problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints or conflicts in a calm and professional manner.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office applications.
Availability: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
