We are looking for an intelligent and confident female candidate with a positive attitude who is keen on working in a young and dynamic environment.
A majority of our Clients are international organisations so a positive, mature, articulate and well-spoken demeanour isessential. All candidates must have an easy and natural conversational style so able to converse very well with people of very diverse backgrounds, bean excellent listener and have an ability to manage and turn around difficult situations.
The ideal candidate will be a well-presented person with a good telephone manner, be computer literate and be able to work using her own initiative.
Job Specification
Duties include:
- Answering the telephone
- Reporting directly to Senior Management and liaising will all members of Staff
- Provide basic secretarial support for Directors
- Administration duties
- Office Management
- Assist with Marketing
Essential Skills/Criteria to include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (highly articulate, friendly and polite)
- Be Computer literate
- Be able to work using own initiative
- Work as part of a team
- Previous administration experience a definite advantage
- Professional and responsible attitude
