NK Associates and Builders Pvt. Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue by providing exceptional customer service and establishing strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in promoting our real estate projects and identifying potential buyers.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote and sell real estate projects to prospective clients
- Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the designated time frame
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry news
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to effectively handle objections and resolve customer issues
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Result-oriented with a passion for sales
