• MI Dynamics is actively seeking to employ highly experienced developers with extensive development experience on Ruby on Rails , CakePHP, Zend, Yii, Laravel, Symfony, Smarty etc.
• The occupation requires subject matter expertise in your domain and a strong command over OOP.

• MI Dynamics is looking for out of the box analytical thinkers responsible for end to end project management that includes understanding the scope of work, detailing the approved features list, time & effort estimation, project planning, documenting & explaining the project to your team ensuing clear concepts and development strategies & delivery ON-TIME while reporting daily progress.
• You MUST be well-versed with Agile Development/SCRUM startegies and must possess knowledge and experience of the following; project planning, estimating, critical path and dependency management, budget control and tracking, project lifecycle, scope definition and change control, supplier management, issue and risk management, chairing project steering groups, project methodologies and project governance.
• You MUST be well versed with atleast two MVC frameworks (Zend, CakePHP, Yii, Symfony, Laravel etc. ) or Ruby on Rails with hardcore experience developing feature rich web informations systems, ecommerce applications, b2b platforms, social networking websites, complex customized admin panels and bespoke content management systems.
• You MUST be well-versed with developing web services and APIs for mobile applications.
• MUST have extensive knowledge and command over Restful, SOAP, Javascript, jQuery etc.
• You MUST have strong command over MVW frameworks like angular.js, ember.js etc.
• Expertise with Ajax Push Engine and node.js is a MUST.
• You MUST be fully capable of writing clean commented code, be able to do extensive application testing, debug, build test performance and QA as well as assesing and developing risk assessment reports. Experience with TDD/BDD, rspec, cucumber, selenium etc is required.
• You MUST have expert level command over atleast two from MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL and SQL Lite.
• You MUST have experience with Sphinx, Lighttpd, Varnish, memcached etc. and should have expert knowledge of load balancing and optimisation, performance improvements (query reduction, cache, background processing etc.)
• Experience with AWS and Cloud is a MUST. You must also be experienced with C/S Computing, distributed architecture as well as B/S architecture.
• Experience and comprehension of various commons APIs like GoogleMap API, Facebook APIs, eBay compatible applications etc.
• You MUST be an expert with HTML5, CSS3 and responsive technologies like Bootstrap.
• You should be able to ensure data munging, corner case identification, work with existing code and understand complex features & functionality.

• You would also want you to have expertise with open source content management systems like Drupal, Wordpress, Joomla, Magento, Opencart etc. Experience with developing custom plugins and extensions is a must.
• We are looking for disciplined and progressive individuals who can achieve a perfect sync of hard & smart work while ensuing rapid project turnarounds.
• We might also consider mid-level developers with exceptional coding skills and strong fundamental concepts, with atleast 2 years of extensive development experience using PHP / MVC framework or Ruby on Rails. Expertise with LAMP javascript, jquery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Wordpress, Joomla, Magento, Opencart are a must.
