1. Answer and direct phone calls to relevant departments.
2. Update/maintain extension list and circulate the updated extension to the office staff.
3. Schedule/arrange in-house and external events.
4. Maintain contact lists of clients/vendors related to Admin Department.
5. Provide general support to visitors.
6. Act as the point of contact for the internal and external clients.
7. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from the senior managers.
8. Incoming and outgoing courier management.
9. Office cleaning management.
10. Stationary management – which includes sorting, storing and disbursement of stationary as per need. Monthly inventory/stock of stationary.
11. Book conference room as required by the departments.
12. Ensure that the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
13. Communication with vendors.
14. Maintain Employees official visits & details sheet.
15. Any other responsibility assigned by the Line Manager.
