Job Description
Quality analysis (ASR & ACD) for Intl and NWD partners.
Call failure analysis and troubleshooting through detailed SS7 and SIP traces.
Liaison with interconnected SS7 partner for fault rectification(E1 down/up)/or on other matters.
Monitoring and troubleshooting Voice & IP Network.
Configuration and deletion of SS7 & VoIP interconnect with Intl and NWD partners.
Implementations of CMOs & PSTN Numbering Plans. General Voice-NOC related workout.
Job Specification
BE Telecommunications engineering or relevant field.
Must be a good communicator and an outstanding team player.
Must be able to multi-task, and work successfully on simultaneous issues/tasks/projects.
Must be able to work under pressure on occasions when customers/partner requires immediate emergency issue resolution.
