• Management and planning of t he resources.

• Indentifying the resources necessary to oversee the subcontracted work necessary to execute the project.
• Identifying potential hazard associated with the project and ensures that appropiate hazard mitigation measures are implemented.
• Reviewing and approving subcontractor's submittals.
• Material Ordering, overall coordination, and planning with site for details engineering and documentation, inspection with client's engineer, obtaining acceptance certificate.
• Preparation of Weekly Progress Reports, time scheduling with various plant activities.
