We are looking to hire Operations Coordinator for our Global Serve department.
You will be responsible for timely resolving customer issues, monitoring tickets raised and managing them effectively, understanding OEM catalogs and pricing, Teleconferences with the Suppliers to get updates, Ensuring timely escalations of issues. Moreover you should demonstrate good excel skills to crunch large volume data in the shortest time.
Job Specification
Ideal candidate should hold Bachelors with majors in supply chain with 2+ years in same field. Strong communication and MS office skills are must for this job.
