· Organize the store in befitting manners.
· To prepare and run the store by FIFO system.
· To educate the related staff.
· To co-ordinate the activities of production and stores together.
· To order the required objects / material in time.
· To maintain the Minimum Required Level MRL inventory.
· To maintained all required record / documents up to date.
· Follow strictly the SOP relevant to quarantine, RM stores & dispensing.
· Train and guide their team members for efficiency and effectiveness.
· Responsible to inform their senior regarding any matter / deviation performed during work in process.
· Keep update all documents, files, maps, records, policies, and procedures for smooth operations.
· Ensure safety, health and environment at plant. Responsible to perform any task assign by the supervisor
