Plan, create, maintain and enhance technical documentation, training material
Documentation includes User Manuals, On-line Help Guides, Training Presentations & Manuals and Release Notes
Create documentation and workload plan to support product release cycles
Autonomous enough to be able to talk to the Software & SQA Engineers, collect the needed information and produce product-quality documentation which is appropriate for its intended audience
Proven technical writing skills. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Strong research skills including gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources (subject matter experts, project managers)
Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail with excellent written skills in English
Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development environment
Ability to meet aggressive deadlines
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Ability to function effectively as part of a team to interact with the Engineering team to ensure timely receipt of documentation source material
Work with Product Managers to plan documentation deliverable and create product release notes
Track documentation tasks and participate in development meetings

Proven technical writing and editing skills
Superior command of the English language including rules and usage
Strong analytic, planning, organizational, and time management skills
Strong research skills including gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources (subject matter experts, project managers) to develop Web content, and possibly training materials and online help content
Proven ability to create creative, unique, and relevant online content for the Web
Superb interpersonal communication skills, particularly where technical information must be conveyed in a clear and convincing way
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Ability to function effectively as part of a team
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Ability to understand and follow directions fully
