Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Sales & Marketing to lead and drive our sales and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and a skilled communicator with a proven track record of achieving sales and marketing objectives. As the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and enhancing brand visibility for our company.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop Sales & Marketing Strategy:

  • Create and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to drive business growth.

Sales Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets, revenue goals, and market expansion.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to the sales team to improve performance.

Marketing Management:

  • Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, advertising, branding, and product promotion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and lead-generation activities.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Use market insights to refine sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue potential partnerships, strategic alliances, and business opportunities to increase revenue streams.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the sales and marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to achieve maximum ROI.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Performance Tracking:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing teams and regularly track and analyze their performance.

Reporting and Presentations:

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales and marketing achievements and challenges.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, including product development, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  • Requires knowledge of general sales techniques, yield management, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to Travel
  • Requires the ability to hear, speak, read and write English fluently.
  • Requires effective business writing skills.
  • Vision to read fine print and computer screens, to see colors, to observe rooms in poorly lit conditions
  • Be able to work on more than one task at a time.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Vice President of Sales & Marketing or in a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and implementing effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-focused mindset.
